As a Tech Leader, you will be a key member and leader of the Engineering team, responsible for the development and implementation of solutions related to control systems for low- or medium-voltage frequency drives.
You will provide technical leadership to achieve product development goals at an industry-leading level.
Develop a competitive product concept.
Define technical requirements for the control system and software.
Design the control system architecture.
Develop algorithms necessary to implement the product architecture.
Test and validate technical solutions using prototypes.
Analyze product failures and implement corrective actions.
Build and manage a team of engineers in the field of power electronics.
Ensure effective collaboration with other departments to achieve project goals.
Higher technical education in electric drives, industrial automation, industrial electronics, or electrical machines and equipment.
Hands-on experience and confident use of mathematical modeling software (e.g., MATLAB/ Simulink).
Strong professional motivation.
Research-oriented approach to work.
Well-developed communication skills.
Positive attitude toward people.
Willingness to build and lead working teams.
Technical English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
Polish (B1-B2).
Looking for specialists on site or ready to relocate.
