Variable Speed Drive Triol AK06 series is the best solution for your high-efficient production, operating with any type of motor in harsh climatic conditions. Triol AK06 VSD solution combines unique technical characteristics, the highest operating qualities, and excellent reliability.

Sustainable operation in any kind of environment

exploitation

User-friendly interface and easy operation!

Triol AK06 VSDs are complete with UMKA07 controller. The controller has a wide range of connected peripherals thus saving costs on the VSD expansion units’ integration.

Triol UMKA07 allows you to read, process, store and visualize received equipment data.

exploitation

Safety and maximum efficiency!

In addition to all UMKA07 benefits, Triol AK06 can be equipped with an input filter, which provides a total harmonic distortion in current generated by the frequency converter of not more than 5% when the VSD is loaded from 70% and above resulting in safer operation and increased efficiency.

Motor switch off:

  • at underload (protection against supply disruption)
  • in case the door of the power compartment of the cabinet is open
  • at an unacceptable pressure in the pipeline (according to the signals of the contact pressure gauge)
  • when the specified parameters of the downhole measuring system are exceeded
  • in case of power modules overheating
  • in case of deviation of the mains power supply voltage (if this deviation leads to an unacceptable current overload with the possibility of reclosing after voltage recovery)
  • for overcurrent protection
  • when the protection of the VSD power tongs is triggered
  • at overload (in accordance with the programmable ampere – second characteristic)
  • at an unacceptable reduction in the insulation resistance of Cable-ESP system
  • due to the unacceptably low output frequency of the electric drive
